Title: piston sizes

So my son ripped his motor apart today. We see the Pistons are stamped std. But I measure a diameter of 90mm...... how does this make sense?  Used two different sets of calipers.

Aluminum cylinders? There were 90s but rather uncommon to have survived this long...

what size is stamped on the piston. some one just put a 1756cc motor together my guess. NPR had 90mm at one time.

Bah! Old eyes. Took the eleven year old to see the 90.45 stamp
