so who wants more beer?
John has been able to track down a whole new frame and pan, with a strong bulk head!
now comes my dilema of takng my body of the frame, welding in a new passenger heater channel, and then putting my body on the new frame.
-switching drums
-maybe the tranny
-installing adjustable beam
-etc...
i know this is alot of work as i have been told by a few people. however i need to do it!
can anyone help, or if i have to, a shop that has good rates?
thanks
james.

I sure hope your getting a lot of cool extras or some money back on this, but I am sure I can find some time to lend a hand. :D
-
DUDE!! That is a huge amount of work!! I'll help but you might want to rethink that!! :(
-
i know it is a huge project, but i need a car on the road.
if we can find a place to do it with all the tools. i know i can provide food and beer.
or like i said, i might have to find a shop to do it.

does anyone know a shop, or a person that would d this for me?

Just remember that in swaping the pan you have to question all the brake lines plus the fuel line??
bottom gasket, tranny mounts, and a heck of alot of BEER!!

THis is like a pan off resto...New bolts, everything.. Mass amounts of work....
Sorry dude we can't help on this one... You would be talking about buying a liquor store for the amount of beer you would need!!
-
well pointblank, i dont think i would be able to buy a liquor store, but when it comes time to do my beam again, i might call on you for the help, if you wouldnt mind. and i am sure i could have some coronas kicking around for that...
-
well when you put your new pan on that is when you install the new beam...

In my opinion you should just get your money back from this guy and go find something else. Your about spend a shit load of cash when you could go get something that is running and safe.
