Title: Type 3 Suspensions - Just Wondering

Just asking this question for the sake of asking it.
I've always wondered....

Say a 67 Type 3 for instance:

Do they use the same front beam as a Beetle?
And what about the rear? Same as Beetle?
Transmissions the same? :blink:

Help me \"unconfuse\" myself please!
