Title: Saving the Rustina - Wax, Laquer or??

Has anyone tried Ankor Wax on their patina projects?  I've heard mixed reviews.  Another option would be a laquer.  Any suggestions......  no, I don't want to paint it although I love the original Indigo Blue.

Put a satin clear on it. You know your borderline ratrod....to be patina you need at least paint. You got less than 10% on that baby. Lol

Geoff - I understand the definition of patina and have used the term "rustina" for this beast. 

It is a Canadian Standard.  Here are a couple more pics
