WTB, pan,and front beam for 56-57 bug, will swap for a restored 66 pan or buy outright

Hi, I have a 57 beetle pan, nice shape. I am doing a subaru transplant in the 57, so originality is not a factor. My concern is what is the difference between the 2 beside date? Mike
