Title: Pre GCVWS Open House, Airspeed Custom Werks / Canada Customs Hot Rods Aug 21

Airspeed Custom Werks / Canada Customs Hot Rods  along with Lukes Custom Machine and Precision Machine will be hosting an Open house night this coming Wed Aug 21 @ 7pm.
All three shops are located on the same block.
Come check out the shops, project cars and meet some great people.
BCHRA will be coming on the shop tour with many hot rods, lets get some VW's out to show them how it's done.

We're located at 1409 Charlotte rd North Vancouver.

Nope, don't want a trailer queen, but also don't want to drive to mission and have any issues as I really haven't driven it any long distances yet. Hitting 50 miles an hour yesterday on the downhill side of the second narrows is a new top speed for me! ;)

Wow, what a turnout! The street was full of custom hotrods and a few stockers.... a nice old beetle ;) One car had a blower that was taller than my car! Thanks for the invite Geoff, nice to check out the local shops on the block, some I didn't know existed.

Yeah. Cool low key gathering. Lots of nice cars and like Brian said a nice old beetle. That blown car was pretty bad ass. Neat to go and check out the hot rod shop and the other machine shops on the street. Not everyday you can walk into a shop like those and just poke around. Sorry guys (Geoff and Brian) didn't get a chance to say hi. You guys looked busy chatting most of the night.  As you left Brain my V8 buddies thought your car was pretty cool with the history and all.  Woot_Emoticon

Thanks for coming out guys. We had 5 vw's show up during the night and some 50 hot rods.
I didn't get a chance to take many pics but if anyone else did please post them.
