Title: Vehicle Inspection in Langley?
Post by: notorious B.U.G. on August 01, 2013, 06:12:20 PM
Any suggestions on a VW frendly Auto Shop that does Vehicle Inspections? Langley or Surrey prefferably. The car is mildly lowered but totally new suspension ect not a piece of junk looking for a free pass. Even better if it could be done this Saturday. Any help would be appreciated!

I just used Duane's German Autohaus for my inspection and they were great to deal with.

Hi Thomas

What did Duane's charge? Was it out of prov inspection?

Thanks!

$40 shop fee and $175 for the inspector. I need the inspection for collector plates but I think it is the same for out of prov.

I just got the car inspected at Gary's Automotive on 32 Ave and 192St.
$125 for an out of province/ no registration inspection. Fast friendly service, Quite happy and I Passed too!

X2 on Gary's but do check the torque on your brake drum/axle nuts and front wheel bearing adjustment after, I think the "new guy" gets the job of putting it back together and I don't think he's got Bentley  ;)

I could be wrong on the $175 it might be $125 for the inspection but I'm sure on the $40 shop fee.
