Post by: Shane on June 21, 2004, 04:43:41 PM: So i did a little searching and it looks like with good traffic (hahaha) the cruise from PoCo would take approx 40 someodd minutes.. of course the idea includes driving downtown on canada day.. but it does look like a relatively simple drive.. assuming i found the right school address to type in on telus.. and that a telus map worked for me.. and not against me May not be the best way there..but i'm not all that farmiliar with intentionally driving downtown.. haha..

Then went partying in the \"limo Van\" Lowered 1965 Dodge panel complete with bed and fridge. Even had the back and side windows painted black, Had LIMO Van painted on the side with grad 88. and the \"V\" in van was full on Van Halen style... :rockon: :rockon: :rockon:

Post by: silas on June 23, 2004, 12:12:30 AM: grad 92. i was gonna roll my 72 super bucket but the damn thing wouldnt start. i ended up hitching a ride w/ a friends mom. now thats classy. damn good party tho. the grad commitee rented a bc ferry (one a little smaller than the ones that run the horshoe bay-nanaimo route) and that sucker cruised the straight of juan de fuca all night. there was gambling (fake money), karaoke, live band, dry bar ( allthough my friends and i found a way to dampen it) and full on buffet.

at about 7am we piled off the boat, a group of us hopped in a couple of cars and we went skinny dipping at our favourite swimmming hole. brunch at denny's followed. my friend was so wasted by the end of it all that i had to drive his 4x4 jeep. needless to say i almost negotiated a merge wrong and came ever so close to driving up and over our other friends who were piled in a firefly. i wasnt even thinking or looking, and all my buddy/owner of jeep/guy riding shotgun said was \"DUDE\", and i slammed on the brakes, narrowly escaping catastrophe. good times. true story. unfortunately i cant remember the soundtrack tho.
