For quick sale - Street Dunebuggy and a 1500vw motor (its been sitting under cover but it turns - apparently 500 miles on it). I drove it street legal for 10 years and I have the papers but it has flag on the reg to get it inspected. I also have a second clean reg.
The pan frame is super solid, shortened with professional wield, the pan is complete but floor boards are getting thin. It's been sitting in underground parking for a bunch of years. It probably needs a front end, some wiring and I would put a fresh transaxle in it although it worked many years ago. I built this myself in 1982 so I know it pretty good. I think it would take me a couple of weeks to get it up and running again.
for parts I also have an alternator, stand, seatbelts, exhaust system, 12v 67 wiper motor, and there is a newer gas tank in it.
It all has to go this week. Yes it's only $350 and my only request is you get it back on the road and a picture of it running when your done.
The project is FREE to a student who can prove they are registered at a college, institute or university.
Let me know if your are interested.
I don't check this site regularly these days so email me only here: phelm@paralynx.com
thanks

No kidding!
This ad made my day. What a great way to "sell" a project. Karma overload!
