Not sure if this was posted before but it's on the news stands, some good shots in there... Even Mr Cook got a nice shot of himself and the Fiat.

I've been keeping an eye on Hot VW's as well. No sight yet.

There is GCVW coverage in AIRMIGHTY magazine currently.

I got talking to a guy named Stephan in the staging lanes last year who said he takes pictures for various VW magazines including HotVW's. He mentioned HotW's was passing on 2012 Great Canadian coverage. Maybe someone knows more than I do.

sounds like stephan szantai. he would know what's up, and i've been watching the racks and havent seen coverage of the gcvws and i think the april edition is out already...? oh well, it's a bummer, but it's their loss imho. hopefully next year!

The May issue of HotVW's has nothing about GCVWS...

stephan szantai is the coolest most down to earth guy i've ever met.

I've talked to him at gcvws and the evening meets of that weekend several times over the past few years. his photograph's of my vw have been published a few times in different magazines.

he loves gcvws and always will be out for that. i believe he comes all the way from france... or somewhere in europe!

Stepan is a great guy! He' located in So Cal and continues to support the GCVWS every year.

Ditto.  Stephan also has a great memory!  When my wife and I dropped by the DKP cruise night last August, while on vacation, he remembered my name and even what Beetle I was driving...and I'd only met him a couple times before at GCVWS.  Amazing!
