Title: WTB: 30 PICT 1 and buggy wheels

Looking for a 30 PICT 1 carb - complete core is alright.

Also looking for a pair or more of 5 spoke buggy wheels, preferably in white.  Looking for 15x4 to 15x6. 

Coming to Vancouver weekend of March 16.
