Title: Need help locating the owner of a red and cream (white) two tone beetle

I've been asked to help locate the owner of a red and white two tone beetle (mid 1960) that had some tires mounted at "Tom the Tire Guy" Dec 27th . I think he may have had white wall inserts installed?

Pm if you may know the owner.

Nope Tom is now located in the 'OLD" Corvette Specialties building at the foot of the Patullo Bridge
I heard he bought it.....Great guy to deal with
