Title: Need help this a rail? buggy?

i have a sand rail it the hills that is for sale and i want to know what this style is, any help please the type of body is what i am looking for. this thing is the same as the one in the pic. the pic is off craigslist. just seen one in the forums before and cant find it on here. just looking for the info of body style and where to find parts. it is in good shape here in barriere bc .been sitting for a long time but it is for sale as well.
