The DVKK and Airspeed would like to invite everyone in the VW comunity and friends to the annual Christmas party and food drive Dec 15th 2012.

This year we have a little twist for the 2012 Party.

We are excited to have this years party on Sat Dec 15th at the Sharks Club in Langley.
This means it's a Adult only party as children are not allowed in the bar.

Steve and Uncle Lester say.... " Whoever brings the most food donations gets a big wet kiss from Steve"

For every donation we will give one raffle ticket, The more food you bring the more chances you have to win cool prizes!

The Zündfolge Car Club will also be contributing gifts to the raffle, Thanks Guys!!!!

We hope everyone enjoys some good food, friends and lot's of drinks. Please no drinking and driving! We have put together a great deal for
all those who wish to stay the night at the Sandman next door. Rooms from $79 a night!

I just wanted to say "Thank you" to all those who have offered to donate a prize towards the Food drive and raffle. Without our small VW comunity coming together as one every year, many would go hungry or without Gifts.
If you have something to danate please contact Jaga or myself, Thanks!

As in the past we have put out a challenge to all VW Clubs (or any club) to see who can donate the most amount of (canned and non perishable food).
Although last year was close I think the Zundfolge Kicked everyones ass.... Again! So who will it be this year?

We raised for food than any year before and had more prizes than we expected!

Once again the Bakers and the entire zundefolge club came thru with the largest donatin of food and prizes....big thank you!!!!

We hope everyone enjoyed the complimentary burger and beer and had a good time.

Sharks Club was a big part of this years event and we look forward to working with them again at the 2013 GCVWS.

Speaking of that, DVKK and sharks Club will Have a much bigger party on the sat before the GCVWS with outdoor volleyball, beer gardens and BBQ all in the parking lot outside.

We're looking forward to the next event!

big thanks to the DVKK for all their hardwork putting this together and making it happen and to everyone who donated prizes to the raffle...but most of all thanks to everyone that brought in food/toy donations for those in need. every item will truly make a difference and the amount raised by this small community is truly outstanding! great job!!! :wub:

Silas I totally agree with your comments. I would like to add a special thank to the Zundfolge crew for going the extra mile with the food donations.

We also won a couple of draw prizes .Then just to top off a fantastic weekend we won 2 tickets to the Shark Clubs Masquerade Ball on New Year's Eve......too good to pass up so we reserved a room at the Sandman before we checked out this morning ..Looks like we have another good reason to visit the lower mainland before the year ends.............mmmmm? Masquerade ball? Can't say I've ever...............thnks again guys n gals.
