Title: Maguire motors, Duncan B.C. Vw dealer

Anyone have a maguire motors plate frame or?
From meguire motors in Duncan BC. I have a 70 Bus from there and would like to find the above.

did EVERY dealer have plate frames?

I would think they did, I have one Maguire frame but need a match for the front.

Is the name Meguire or Maguire. Below is an ad from 1965 for this dealership.

You might try Ole's VW Repairs in Duncan he has been around for years.

I don't think every dealer did. It seemed more common in the states and some of the larger volume dealers in Canada. I think I have only seen a couple of plate frames come from any of the 3 prairie provinces. I would love to find one from one of the Saskatoon dealers from back in the day (or any SK dealer for that matter) but have yet to even see one.
