Title: Local mechanic to fix window?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of a beginner mechanic or talented amateur who could help me fix the window winder on my '68 bug? I can't afford to bring it to a garage for something so minor, but can't figure out how to do it myself.

What about an advanced mechanic?
You should state where you are.  If you get an offer from someone in Fort Nelson, the drive might not be worth it.
