Title: 48IDA carbs vs 48IDA throttle bodies EFI

Hey guys, the question is, for a large street motor (2659cc), FK8 cam, big valve heads (50x40) , for a driveable street car what induction would work well with this set up, I have had 48idas on a much smaller street motor (1897cc) and they did run very well, but would like to move up to EFI, so 48IDA carbs or 48Ida throttle bodies EFI?. Some feed back and comments would be nice.

If you already have 48 IDA carbs, run them. Big motors like 48 IDAs.

An FK8 in a motor that big ??????

Hey Darren,thanks for your reply, I have ran with an FK8 in the past and it worked fine for the daily street motor which is what this big motor will be, what cam would you suggest for a daily street motor of this size?.
