Title: An fitting. What size for breather?

What size AN fittings are the common size for breather systems? AN-8 or AN-10?

I was going to weld an AN fitting to a stock oil fill/breather but couldn't decide on a size when I was a PA today.

-8, -10 and -12 are all common depending on engine size.

In the VW world it seems -8 is most common, and more then sufficient for street.

as dave said... i've always used -8 stuff on mine. highly unlikely you'll get much restriction on a breather line.
