Title: 800-1000 sq ft lease space needed... vancouver/burnaby area

My daughter has a growing wedding cake business and has lost her space, as the company she'd been renting from is expanding. It wouldn't need ventilation as it's only a small bake oven and refridgerator and freezer (no grease) and water and 220 power would be great. Doesn't need frontage as it's not a retail shop... at this point. 800-1000 sq ft would be great. If anyone hears of something... please let me know. (someone was trying to convince her that she really didn't need water... oh, you want to clean things too?)
