It is. I've heard about this on a local motorcycle forum a few days ago and I still can't come to terms with it. For anybody who's interested in seeing the actual footage, here it is in local Chinese context:

WARNING: Even though there's no blood in it or anything and I have a pretty thick skin, it's one of the most disturbing things I have seen.

The news is reporting the little girl died this morning.This is a really sad world somedays!
