Title: FS 72 VW Westy Camper Bus $1500.00 sold

1972 Westy - good body, tires. Canvas Pop-Up top has 2 small tears. Engine needs some work.  $1500.00

Hi Jim, Is the bus really as solid as it looks? Any bondo? Any idea what the matter is with the motor? Is it still a 1700 or larger? Thanks.

yes it is solid as it looks . the track for the sliding door is solid. as for the engine .i do not know it runs but it just rough. this is why im letting it go cheap. im not going to work on it . i dont have the time. would you like to come and see it.

I'm very tempted. If it's still available in a couple of weeks I just might come over. Seeing as you've got one for sale, I don't imagine you'd be interested in trading for another beetle?

good looking bus . has a bed.fridge.good solid body. great for camping. just needs some engine tuning. i will tade it for a vw beetle.

heres another idea . i will trade this classic westy for a gas powered gokart or 2 minibikes the kind thats a pull cord engine like briggs and stratton or why.
