Title: I failed air care

So my new bug which was parked for 20 years failed air care today,it did wonderful on the driving part but failed the idle.I know nothing about VW just that I love driving it.If someone could give me a name of an ABBY or CHILLIWACK mech,to fix it or reason why that would be much appreciated.
