Maybe Shane C  still has many sheets of 1/8 " available from when Home depot cleared out there stock.  I bought mine from him many years back.

Flush mount windows are tapered on the edge .  So you would have to set up a router table and flat bit, to taper it, or be happy with the 1/8" sticking out.  1/8 is abit small to use with window rubber, but it does work.  I used window rubber to hold in my front window.

If you want plastic windows that won't yellow or Scratch, get Percy's Speedglas. No word of a lie, you can clean the plastic with steel wool and it doesn't scratch. Have run it on a few race cars in the past...held up to our Drag Civic that was taken all around North America, and also holds up to rally car abuse and washing.

True, it's not cheap...but it will outlast your car and be scratch free!

I mentioned this to my cousin and he said he's done a few windows for RX7's. Here's his business.

He said to give him a shout. Mark is his name.
