found the problem, sourced out tools and parts (on a sunday night when everything is closed), and back on the road and driven home!!

Definately a great time!
Except for Carlos dealing with his wack stripped rear drum.
Now do you see what can happen when you leave the cruise early?

  The side of the paint can just said green. (BASF Limco) My buddies call it "Bud" green. :O0:  It's got some flattener in it as well.

And the topless green bug is a 1970's Ford color _ Chinese Jade Green.

You have some beautiful Beetles in your group. Is it a genuine Kubelwagen in the one photo (partial shot of the rear) or is it a replica?
