Is that an OE steering wheel?

Canadian Standard (custom) model - correct for this car.  No fuel guage and dash chrome either.

very solid. had NO rust at all when it was restored in 95. the car was some farmers " check on the cattle and range" mobile for almost its whole life and was rarely driven on the road. the paint on the engine tinning is factory paint. has lots of dings on the pan, but like i said, it got no rust repairs done
