Hi,
I' fairly new to the forum and other than issues with trying to get good quality pictures onto the forum, anyone help me, it’s a great resource.

I have two vw's, a 1961 bus, bought in in 1992 from the U of Oregon and have been either restoring or updating since then.  Currently it’s running a 1776 with 36 delotoes, irs conversion from bus boys and arkewld disk brakes, strongly recommend not using arkewld for disk brakes it was a nightmare.  The bus has a factory slider and belly pan and has had very little welding, both rockers just to be safe prior to painting.  I also have a 1959 bug vert, it’s a recent addition from Nevada.  It has a 2056, dual 44's, rancho trans with all the goodies for a drag strip, older restoration with a crappy paint job but should be fun once the weather warms up.
Anyway, love the forum and looking forward to some nice weather.

Ignore my request I read the instructions on how to attach pictures but I don't have the time to fiqure this out at the moment,will post when I have some spare time.

Welcome to the forum Don. Sounds like you know what you're up too.
I have a factory slider 66 bus as well! We'll see ya arouind!

Welcome Don. Two nice VW's AND a serious shop/man cave, I'm envious:) Bar stools, fridge and a TV, what else does a guy need?;)

Okay - SO I finally read the instructions on how to load pictures......I guess my wife is right...

Lanny - Thanks again for sorting the carbs out, the bug ran great until I pulled the motor, should be sorted, inspected and insured by months end.
