Title: WTB: Spring Plate Bolts, or tell me the correct size/grade please . .
Post by: iceneweb on April 09, 2011, 06:49:52 PM
Looking for the three spring plate bolts on each side where the axle tube bolts on.

They are M12, and a special strength, but I would take some used ones. Otherwise, has anyone had any luck with local suppliers to get these? Anyone know the correct length?

Ordered some through my local AlderAuto (saving me a long drive in rush hour traffic):

M12 x 50, Thread pitch 1.75, Grade 10.9

'About $2 each'

FYI. Stopped by Fuller this morning. They don't sell out of this location, sign on the door says to go to Alder Auto Parts. I went to Alder on 96th Ave. and they have quite a good selection of hardware. Managed to find what I was looking for.
