Is there anyone local who rebuilds semaphores? if so who are you...

I've got mine down with Jeff Slater in Seattle, there's someone in the Portland area too, then Matt in Edmonton. Those are the regular rebuilders I know of. Also John Henry on the east coast of the states... he's known to be an expert too.
