Title: Dual carb plumbing pics
Post by: Randy on February 13, 2011, 12:15:34 PM
I'm about to mock up the plumbing on my engine and am looking for ideas. About two years ago someone posted pics of their fuel line plumbing for dual carbs. Anyone recall it?
It was a similar shot to this one but using hard lines and black tin.
Any other pics welcome too.

By the way thanks for this pic Dave, with the blue tin you can see the details real well.

Thanks, Randy

When I used a stock pump, I had my lines on the forward side of the shroud like that. Now that I use an electric pump, all the lines and Tee are on the body.

caution note;
please anyone thinking of clamping a rubber hose over a smooth steel line needs to have the end of the steel line flared or barbed to prevent the hose from sliding off .
rubber hose will dry and the tension from the hose clamp on the rubber hose will lessen allowing the hose to just slide off the smooth steel tube .
