Hello
I now have epoxy primer on my '65 notch restoration after many years of work. I think that I am not that interested in painting this car in my garage, even though I have done it in the past. Does anyone have a suggestion for a body shop or person who can do a decent job of painting a car like this? I want to do base-clear and I already have the colour. This picture was taken before I blew on the primer.
Thanks.
Dave

PM to "stefan".

most painters won't like painting a car that wasn't prepped by them (or their shop). It can lead to big headaches if the paint begins to bubble etc. You might want to let the painter know that you won't hold him responsible for the outcome later.

I noticed in the last KMS flyer they were advertising a spray booth for rent. Could be an option to painting in the garage.

I would recommend slammedbus (Jason). He did some painting and body work on my bus about 2 months ago and did a fantastic job ... and fast ... at a very reasonable rate.
