I can't find oversize early hinge pins. However I can find late ones... is there any actual size difference? Its for a 62 bug, and all I can find is 67+ over size ones with no threads...

Okay to clarify. I want one without mirror threads..... since I'm running albert mirrors and you don't run threaded pins on the bottom.

You use late pins for early cars on the other three hinges.

Late hinge pins are wrong for early cars. The early ones have a mushroom style head on them. The later ones were straight all the way and used a plastic plug on the top to keep out water and debris. I assume '67 was the change over year for the later style pins.
