Title: targa newfoundland starts today (sat )

starts today and lasts 1 week . hope the weather stays dry .

theres a few aircooled cars registered this year . only 1 is VW from what i see .
1971 baja driven by david jamieson #211. sorry no specs on car.
ill try post some vids during the week.

Are you playing a specific role at Targa, or spectating?

I haven't made it to Targa in a few years, but miss it profusely. My buddy Warwick is out there doing the TV coverage (as usual).

Wishin i was there too dave , sorry didnt mean to mislead  you . over the last few days my inbox has filled up with the events going on this week in NFLD. i thought id share  .

I showed some interest this year when they proposed bringing it to the west coast  however this years West Coast Targa was cancelled due to lack of planning and public response. Hoping they have better luck in Kelowna for a 2011 event . so far so good .
