Title: New VW truck!

twin turbo TDI 300 ft lbs tq.

no plans of hitting north america yet but looks like guys are importing already. Wonder if they are indeed insurable here meeting the standards as TS ad says??

I would have to question the safety standards. I was toying with importing an "09" Jetta TDI from Ireland. Found out there were about $5000 of changes that had to be made before it would be allowed in the US. Not sure how that would work in Canada.
