Title: feul pump stays on when key is off?

took my 78 westy for a hard ride up and down the okanagan.... it started running rough on the way home and when i stopped the pump remained on. any ideas?.it has got to be toast,,,but i'm used to 12v pumps just quitting dead.....thanks

Start with testing the double relay, sounds like it's stuck.

thanks once again busdaddy. i touched the relay and the pump went off.i cleaned it up and it still was not staying shut off so a new one is on order. i owe you a big hug!lol
