My car has not sold and I know it needs some body work as follow:

My door were filled and the job was not done properly.

my F R wheel well has a spot rusting in but the channels look ok.

The parcel tray is rusty.

There are some areas that could use tlc on the pan.

The good is that it has new shifter bushing and coupler as well as narrowed beam with Guia disks and type 3 rear brakes. The tranny is very good too and the 2165cc has about 7k only and less since the last go over by GMB.

I will not part it. You can do it yourself when you buy it.
