Title: L91 Chrome colour

Called up my paint supplier with this code and received a nice metalic green.  This is the paint code that VW used on rims for quite a few different years.
Anyone know of a different code for the same paint?  My supplier said all his books showed it as green metalic for late model Japanize vehicles.  Help!

The colour I think you are referring to is Chrom L91.3, part # L 009 103.  That is a number I used for my watercooled cars.  Don't know if that is still available but I got my last can at VM Autohaus in Burnaby - a lot less expensive that at VW.

The Samba lists the following for wheels:  VW L82 silver white
