New 12 lb flywheel, lightened 8 dowel.
New Sachs 200mm 71-79 presure plate
New Kush Lock disc

Hi Geoff
 I HAVE A 1600 ENGINE OUT OF A 74 AUTOMATIC CAR. COULD I USE THIS SETUP TO HOOK IT UP TO A STANDARD TRANNY

Yes, all that will work.  Your new gearbox will need to be the later type with the guide tube for the TO bearing.  If it isn't, there is a press-in adapter tube that acomplishes the same thing.
