Title: Racing May 2 Sunday in Osoyoos with video

Don't know who is from the southern Interior, but I will be making the 4 hour trip down to Osoyoos to race at the 1/8 mile drags held at the airport.  Come out if you want and cheer on my beetle.   http://www.winecountryracing.ca/

i was going to cruise the beetle down, but everytime i'm there, it rains :'( and i also know it will always run about a 10.7 @ 63 mph



so, i'm putting a new used motor in the baja bug instead ;D

Would have been nice to meet you, maybe next time.

Had a blast today.

Knocked off more et and upped the MPH some too from last weeks 1/8 mile #'s at Mission.  I only changed my 28mm vents to 33mm vents and upped the jetting to match.  The venturi change got me an extra 2.8 MPH in the 1/8 mile.  Same 15 pounds boost. 

Put on 6 runs, could have ran 15+ easy if I wanted to hot lap.  I just sat back between runs and wasn't into changing anything except tire pressure.

Best et was 7.529
Best MPH was 96.23
Best 60' 1.790

Very weak 60's for all the rest of the runs.  The clutch needs my anti shocker put on so I can get accurate engagement.
