Title: Original VW Canada Tire

Anyone have interest in this as a spare? (wouldn't want to drive on something this old).

They where  great tires bought 4 when working at Guilford motors for my old split van Then sold to Ed at the bug shop for  DUNE BUGGY

Goodtimes at Guildford VW!  Life was so much easier then!
Remember Tom in sales that had a light blue golf diesel?  He works for Coast Mountain Bus Company.

Dwayne, Rudy, John Wallace and Tim in the parts department.

I remember a set of NOS turtleback rims sitting in the storeroom above the parts department , Heinz told me I could have the set of 4 wheels for $135.00 . Wish I had a time machine .

i've got a customer driving around on these very tires right now :o

"they're still good cause they have lots of tread" at least thats what he insisted

Goodyear Tire in Medicine Hat, Alberta made tires for VW as well.  Labelled Volkswagen Canada, they had a VW motif all around the sidewall of the tire...summer tread I'm talking about.   Still have a couple of never used spares that are fun to have around.
