Title: Auto Transport Victoria to Vancouver
Post by: pittwagen on February 26, 2010, 08:51:55 AM
Anyone have a favourite auto transport company that they use for hauling a vehicle between Victoria and Vancouver?  There's about a dozen in the Yellow Pages.  No experience with any of them but I would prefer to deal with the company that actually does the hauling as opposed to a broker.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I was hoping to find an auto carrier that was coming back partially empty and maybe get a better deal than taking a truck and trailer to the island.  Ferry cost for a truck and trailer is about $300 if I am reading the schedules right + gas + someone's time.  These guys aren't the easiest to get in contact with.

if the car is a roller you could have it towed to the barge and picked up on the other side I think it cost about $60.00 for the barge. contact  a few towing companys and ask
