Title: okay, seriously? 1969 Ignition Switch
Post by: owdlvr on January 12, 2010, 12:01:54 AM
Is this seriously not designed to be replaced?  Awesome.

Mine no longer trips the "start" circuit reliably...anyone have an OE donor?

Good question, looks nothing like the one in there...but sometimes the photo doesn't mean anything.

The interesting part is after I removed it from the steering column and checked it...it works. now its back in the car and running fine. So I have some sleuthing to do.

My '70 would do the same occasionally, so I wired in a Start button as a backup.
