Well I had a wonderful easter. I was giving a 1966 all original one owner sunroof beetle. I was down in washington and a friend of Pat's pulls up with the car and asks if I would like it. I didn't even think to say no. The car is complete and even has all documentation from the day it was purchased. The motor is original and was rebuilt. It has been off the road since 88. It was running at that time. It needs a pan half but that's no bigs. I am dedicating my weekends to get him ready for Great Canadian. Wishfull thinking. I will do my best. I am respectfully naming him after his first owner Thomas. I am excited to own such a awesome car. Plan is to fully restore him. Pan off. That is when I have a garage. Utill then it gives me something to do.
Pops :D
