Picked this up this line bore tool the other day. Anyone recognize what brand it may be. There are no markings on the tools or the case.

its a self feeding line bore tool ,you can use a power drill. once it is set up don't adjust it

It looks like a Cold Form line bore kit. They have a really nice Thrust cutter setup ( it's there as well )
As Jim says the Cutters are set on the bar and you leave it alone.
You get another bar for the next oversize settings, Most shops have 3 bars a .50mm, 1.0mm and perhaps the 1.5mm although that one is not used as much,
