As usual - I am in this year.  Can't seem to make the GCVW but always seem to make Cruise-in

If anyone is interested to meet up before the cruise/ drivein, post and we can drive in together.. Also for the show.. we can get their early to nab a decent spot.

Weather permitting, I am planning on it. (no wipers) ::)

According to the website. Cars can still register on Sept 12th at Kwantlen University ( Hwy 10 and Glover Road ) - 5:30 AM to 11 AM, cost is $20.00

so what's the plan for saturday??? we have family in town but they might be into this so we might be able to make an appearance. i've never been so hopefully someone here can help answer a few q's about it...

the website says registration is from 530am-11am at kwantlen university.

from there do you just drive down and park and hang out?

are all the acvws planning to meet, register and park together?

it says the road re-opens at 7pm. does that mean the show goes from early morning to 7pm? how easy is it to leave early?

If you want to leave before it's over.. 4:30 is the VERY earliest people were able to make their way out last year.

 Cruise.. If you want to meet for this Friday.... Say 5pm at Tim Hortons' on Logan? (the one beside the DMV office)

Show for sat.. going to have to say 5am.. same place. We will drive down to Kwantlen by 5:15.
 Sorry.. gotta be this early.. was the same last year. at I was still about the 60th car in line.

Yeah your right , Saturday is busy . Showing up @ 5am is crazy , however the volume of cars is unreal . It's not the event you show up to at 10am . Anyway for all the times I've gone Friday night has been the best . Show up anytime after 5pm , cruz around . You can find PARKING ! Burnout contests / if the cops are absent , lol. Just a simple night of bitchen rides.

5am is out of the question for us. we'll probably skip entering the show and just cruise out & spectate on saturday.

friday might be fun. where is the cruise from & to?

the cruise is from the Douglas College in Langley and it goes to the drive-in in Aldergrove. The streets are all closed to traffic and are lined with people. If you have never done a cruise like this I really suggest you join n.

Answer: Leaves Kwantlen College at 6pm south on Glover, left Fraser Hwy, left Salt Lane, right 56 Ave, right 240th, left Roberson Cres, right 264th, right Fraser Hwy

Cruise is to Aldergrove and then back to CBGB's for a season wrap-up party ;D. Bring whatever you want to drink. We will have some burgers and smokies and the usual fare. Movies on the deck. Lots of grass parking. A good time will be had by all ;). The  :police: may even show up again ;D. Everyone that drive's a VW on the cruise is welcome. Looks like the weather is going to co-operate :) Bring your PJ's if you don't want to drive home...we'll find a spot for you O0

Lots going on in Langley tonight!
If you are not going to make the cruise to the Drive-in, there will be a ton of action all over downtown Langley.
Hundreds of cars cruising about, burn-out contests, etc.
Best night of car action in the lower mainland!! Don't miss out.

New member here won't be at cruise tonight, but my Agave 57 will be in the drive way on 56 ave just as you finish climbing the hill from Tall Timbers gulf course

Hey Bruce, we are meeting at the Timmys on Logan . So if you are commin south on 200th make a left on Logan which is just after the train tracks. Timmys is on the right about 1/4 mile down
