Title: Help To Pass Aircare...

Someone message me if I can bring my Buggy to your house, shop, or you come to me to help me tweak my engine to pass aircare?? 
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you already brought it through and failed? Or are you just wanting to have it tuned before attempting for your first try?
My stock 1600, which honestly runs like crap but gets me point to point, passed through the-joke-that-is-Aircare WELL below average. I was shocked at the low numbers the thing put out. If no one can step up to the plate, just make sure your carbs are half decently tweaked, your valves are adjusted and make sure the sucker is warm while going through. Just leave it idle if there is a lineup and don't turn it off. I dunno, I say give it a go and see what happens. Worst thing you have to do is come back again to re-run.
