Title: Need a Tune Up...

I need to give my bus a good tune up ... I have some books but lack the real intimate VW know-how at this point.  Can anyone recommend a mechanic who could help me out ... or could just do the job for me for a reasonable cost?

I have a 74 bay window with a rebuild 78 2.0L.  Dual carbs and hydros.
