the more i read about it, the more it seems like a problem.
i'm currently running a solid front tranny mount with urethane rear mounts. i would like to switch to a soft front mount but i can't seem to find on that would fit my tranny.
seems that all the tranny mounts have the diagonal bolts \"inline\" with the outer holes. the solid mount that i have currently \"off sets\" the diagonal bolts below the outer holes. do thay make a soft mount for this applications or do i have to swap nose cones?
i'm concerned because i'll be putting in a bigger motor down the road.
thanks,
mike

talk too airspeed ,
if you need a urethane frt mount as you discribed with the holes lining up
it yours as i have a new spare.

thanks jim, i also have one of those too. if i was to put it in, my tranny nosecone would be too high.
basically what i'm asking is, do they make this type of mount in a soft mount?

Mike, That is a adapter mount so a syncro trans can be mounted to your early pan.
You can swap to a early bus nose cone and hockey stick then run a rubber or eurothane mount.
:D

thanks geoff for the info!!
do you have any early bus nose cones and hockey sticks in that secret storage place of yours?
doing this swap is pretty much a bolt off/bolt on kinda deal right?
