Hey Gary , is this the same Beverly thats just east of Yakima?   If so , looks like you would need to maintain about 100 mph to make it in 2 1/2 hrs.   ..........  247 miles from Blaine.  Would love to do it but.....

But What! I've made it to Spokane in 6 so I figure even if it takes 3 to get to Beverly I'll be there by 9 am or so and have 6-7 hours of dunin before I have to leave. I'll let you know how it went.....

Ok ok so I was a little off on the travel time. It's more like 4.5 -5 hours on the scenic routes (must do drive through Levenworth, beautiful scenery!!) and maybe Beverly dunes is better left to late fall, winter and early spring testing and tuning as man! it must have been 90 degrees in the shade all day! I lost 5 lbs for sure! I now know why Mexico has a siesta between noon and 5pm cause it's just too damn hot to do anything else! I thought i might get cooled down on a ride but it's like driving the rail through a convection oven. any hoo I did get to test the front steering and did some more jetting. It was nice to get out in the sand for a few hours!
