Title: no spark

I have a 1600 dp, was running, now it turns over but no spark from the coil. The coil has power from the ignition when the key is turned on. I have changed the coil - still no starty! :'( Any thoughts?

You have a stock distributor?

The points are good and calibrated?

Check spark plug cables, coil, points (condensor?)

Maybe take a good look and see if your cap and rotor are good and you reinstalled them correct after looking for the problem.

I had a bad dondensor once. Check yours. O0

a Bad condensor thanks. Running fine now.   :)
