Title: 1957 Beetle $7000

well, I don't like the fact that I've got a lot of crap in my other thread :P.  and the fact that you can't change and edit the topic title.  

so I decided to make another thread.

I'm now asking $7000 firm without motor and wheels.  

I can throw in a perfect 1600 DP and the price will be $8000.

empi wheels and tires ..complete: $9000

I just haven't heard back from the guy about shipping.  he gave me his word that he wanted it, but I just can't hold onto it too much longer.  I bought a cheap car that I need to insure.

thanks man, but this way it give people options.  some people have a motor and don't need a 1600, some people have other wheels or prefer the stock ones.

just trying to make the selling a bit easier for the buyer so that they are happy with what they got.

If you really want to sell the car , ebay is a really great tool to sell vehicles. If not just use the samba as you have said its on but you dont need to bump the post  since people know its for sale and they will get to you if they want it!!!!

list it on the samba as a featured add,seriously you get about 1500 hundred more hits to the add that way and 25 bucks is nothing when trying to get 9000.

on these type of forums, you need to bump your add.  there are many people that go to these sites that are new members or guests and they may be intersted in the car.

my bro is leaving for germany on tuesday...so that means I will probably keep both of the cars..the beetle and the golf.  

but if someone is seriously interested in the beetle, I might sell it

because I'm really tight on money because I bought a more practical car too...but I hope that my job holds out so that I can keep both.

shane, I've known you for a while, you're a good guy.  I just hate this immature internet fights.  things always get turned around.  also, are you going to be at mission on friday?  show the imports what a 60's beetle can really do ;)

anyways, the way it looks right now, it looks like I'll be keeping the car...unless, like I said...someone gives me the right $$.  

but I just washed and waxed the car and its beautiful!

Gavin also helped me out a lot which I appreciated when I bought it.
